We all know that Adam was the first man who was created by God and who first lived on earth with his wife Eve. In the book of Genesis 1:26, Adam was formed from the dust of the ground, with the soul which gave him life and the spirit for communication with God. So, Adam was a body, soul, and spirit. Adam’s body was formed out of the dust of the ground and there is nothing of God there because there is no life in the dust. What was God in Adam? The Soul that gave life and the spirit for communication with God. Very important indeed. If we are to communicate with God today, then we need to connect our spirits and souls back with him. But not only that, our souls and spirits are saved by God when they are reconnected back to him.
